The Sleep-Wake Diary was developed in 1992. Results from a study using this diary are reported in Manber R, Bootzin RR, Acebo C, Carskadon MA (1996). The effects of regularizing sleep-wake schedules on daytime sleepiness. Sleep, 19, 432-41.
